Rapport Souffrances des familles des soldats arméniens causées par l’Azerbaïdjan
L’Azerbaïdjan a intentionnellement causé des souffrances mentales aux mères, aux sœurs et aux autres membres des familles des soldats arméniens. Notre nouveau rapport factuel sur ces questions. Nous exprimons notre gratitude aux familles des soldats arméniens pour leur soutien.
Au cours des guerres de 44 jours provoquées par l’Azerbaïdjan en 2020 et des 13 et 14 septembre 2022 contre l’Arménie et l’Artsakh, les forces armées azerbaïdjanaises ont commis de nombreux crimes de guerre, notamment la torture de prisonniers de guerre et de civils, en plus des exécutions extrajudiciaires. La base de ces actes criminels de l’Azerbaïdjan est la politique fasciste persistante d’arménophobie et l’animosité des autorités de ce pays.
L’Azerbaïdjan ne restitue pas jousqu’aujourd’hui les prisonniers de guerre et les civils arméniens par des poursuites pénales artificielles et des actes judiciaires fallacieux,. De cette manière, les autorités azerbaïdjanaises provoquent délibérément des souffrances mentales aux familles arméniennes en Artsakh et en Arménie.
Ce rapport examine et fournit une évaluation juridique de ces actes criminels commis par l’Azerbaïdjan.
