Yet another objective evidence of Armenophobic policies in Azerbaijan

Yet another objective evidence of Armenophobic policies in Azerbaijan: insulting comments targeting a young Armenian woman from Artsakh and calls for violence.
Objective evidence of deep hatred towards Armenians, that has been sponsored by the Azerbaijani authorities for years.

Objective evidence of deep hatred towards Armenians, that has been sponsored by the Azerbaijani authorities for years. This hatred leads to atrocities against Armenians and impunity for these crimes. Our specialists carry out verification of evidence confirming Azerbaijani criminal acts to secure grounds for their responsibility.
Tens of thousands of civilians are forced to displacement from their homes and communities after nearly 9 months of blockade and being forced to starvation

What is happening in Artsakh is a real tragedy. Tens of thousands of civilians are forced to displacement from their homes and communities after nearly 9 months of blockade and being forced to starvation. People are lost, they can’t find their children, parents, relatives, they don’t know if they are alive or killed by Azerbaijani […]
There are thousands of missing people in Artsakh. Because of lack of communication, finding them or finding out whether they are killed or not is particularly difficult.

There are thousands of missing people in Artsakh. Because of lack of communication, finding them or finding out whether they are killed or not is particularly difficult. Many family members cannot find each other: parents cannot find their children, children cannot find their parents, sisters cannot find their brothers… Residential areas are cut off from […]
There is almost no connection between cities and villages in Artsakh, as well as with Stepanakert.

At the moment, there is almost no connection between cities and villages in Artsakh, as well as with Stepanakert. Azerbaijan, taking advantage of the lack of communication, fuel and transport, taking advantage of the fact that it is night, continues (at this moment) the targeted bombing of peaceful residential communities (Stepanakert, Martuni, etc.), civilians – […]
The so-called “humanitarian corridor” announced by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan is a trap for Artsakh Armenians, a lie for international community.

The so-called “humanitarian corridor” announced by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan is a trap for Artsakh Armenians, a lie for international community. That corridor will be used to abduct people. This is proved by the recent abductions of civilians from the Hakari bridge. The peaceful population is intensively bombarded, people are forced to leave […]

In the [almost] 300-page report, we have placed the evidence that confirms the direct connection of the “eco-activists”, who blockaded the road of life path connecting Artsakh with the world, with the Azerbaijani government and their animosity.

Already for 78 days, the children of Artsakh have been living in inhumane conditions which no words can really describe.
The Human Rights Ombudsman of Artsakh carried out their fact-finding activities in Artsakh and the Center for Law and Justice “Tatoyan” Foundation in ArmenIa.
Collected evidence is analyzed in a joint report, which confirms violations of children’s rights because of the so-called “eco-activists” who blockaded the only road of life connecting Artsakh to Armenia and the outside world.
Specifically, the report recorded all the health, psychological and social problems that arose for children as a result of Azerbaijani illegal acts.
Just several examples:
According to the latest data published by the Health Ministry of Artsakh; “recently, due to the ongoing stress caused by the uncertainties and threats arising from Azerbaijani criminal activities, compared to the same period of last year there is an increase in nervous and psychological problems among adults and especially children in Artsakh, which was demonstrated by a 46% increase in children’s visits to neurologists and psychologists, and a 47% increase in the case of adults.”
Dozens of children are still separated from their families as a result of the road closure, which has again led to serious psychological problems.
There are children, who need special medications that they cannot get.
The season of flu and acute respiratory infections are characterized by a high number of sick children, whose treatment is difficult in the absence of antibiotics.
Sick children have to go through additional hardships, especially since gas and electricity are regularly cut off.
The absence of dairy products for children makes parents and their kids face additional problems.
The food supplies are almost consumed.
According to the testimony of one child presented to the Artsakh Human Rights Ombudsman, while leaving Armenia for Artsakh by the closed road, when people who declared themselves “eco-activists” entered the children’s bus and terrorized them, he had psychological problems and fear, that they will be transferred to the Azerbaijani-controlled city of Shushi, and he will never be able to see his parents.
Crucial support in legal analyses of the report was provided by international lawyers Mr. Garo Ghazarian and Mr. Karnig Kerkonian.
The joint report in English will be sent to international organizations, will be provided to state bodies of Armenia and to professional organizations.
Azerbaijani authority also concentrates special military units (Yashma and Commando) along the border with Armenia and Artsakh.

Our studies show that the Azerbaijani authority also concentrates special military units (Yashma and Commando) along the border with Armenia and Artsakh. This is the same policy as before September 27, 2020. These divisions during the 2020 April 4-day, 2020 44-day and September 13-14, 2022 wars, initiated by Azerbaijan, committed crimes with particular cruelty (torture, […]
