Cutting gas supply to the Republic of Artsakh by Azerbaijan, blocking the “Lachin corridor” is a state terrorist act against the entire population of Artsakh.

More than 120,000 civilians, hospitals, schools, kindergartens, children and the elderly were deliberately deprived of gas, heating and hot water, causing a humanitarian disaster and massive violations of human rights. Schools and kindergartens do not operate.

Apart from that, for the second day already, the so-called Azerbaijani “environment” activists, in fact, military and public servants, closed the Lachin corridor in the Shushi-Karin tak area from 10:30 in the morning on December 12, cutting off the only connection from Artsakh to Armenia.

All these are not isolated actions, but are constituent parts of a single policy, a single chain; parts Armenophobia and animosity with ethnic and religious grounds.

How else does genocidal policies and ethnic cleansing happen? Typical criminally punishable international criminal act.

Evidence of this criminal policy will be sent to international organizations.
