Unfortunately, our country has serious security problems.
It is forgotten that there are illegal Azeri armed groups inside Armenia, which have undermined the security of our country with their criminal acts and criminal presence, and have made life impossible for many people in Gegharkunik, Vayots Dzor and Syunik.
Due to the closure of the Artsakh highway, Goris and Tegh have become isolated (the Artsakh road used to pass through here). The Azerbaijani armed forces continue to obstruct Kapan Airport’s airspace by openly discharging their firearms with criminal intent, the security of land roads remains impaired, and so many other challenges remain.
Another working visit to Syunik, not only on a fact-finding mission, but this time around, also with several other important initiatives.
