The discussion focused on the strategy of Azerbaijan to cause chaos in Artsakh during the September armed attacks in 2023; to the right of return of forcibly displaced Armenians from Artsakh; to the issues of the release of our compatriots who are in arbitrary detention in Azerbaijan. The issues related to the border security of Armenia were presented using the example of Nerkin Hand village in the Kapan community of Syunik Province, which shows how vitally important it is to remove the Azerbaijani armed servicemen from the territory of Armenia and from the vicinity our communities, in general. University students, professors, specialists of the field also participated in the discussions.The event was organized within the framework of the American University of Armenia’s AUA Master of Arts in Human Rights and Social Justice and AUA Master of Laws – LL.M. Program of the AUA College of Humanities and Social Sciences.
